How welding works
From loose steel
to one solid piece
- 01
Cut & prepare
Every post, rail and bar is cut to size, cleaned and ground bare so the metal can bond.
- 02
Fit-up & tack
Pieces are clamped square and held with small tack welds. This is where the shape gets locked in.
- 03
Weld
The arc melts the edges of both pieces and the filler wire, so they fuse into one. Joint by joint, bead by bead.
- 04
Grind, paint & install
Welds are ground smooth, the steel is primed and painted, then installed on your property.
